What exactly does Greensnake do?

Greensnake is not a hospital, clinic, doctor, or medical provider. We are an administrative coordination and logistics platform. We help connect you with independent, licensed hospitals, clinics, physicians, and wellness retreat operators (mostly in Thailand and Mongolia), handle scheduling, translation, basic travel logistics (transfers, interpreters, drivers), and general communication facilitation. That's it. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or make any medical decisions.

How do you handle my personal and health data?

We collect only what is necessary for coordination. Sensitive health data requires your explicit written consent before we share it with providers (per Mongolian Personal Data Protection Law). We use encryption and restricted access. Once transferred to a foreign provider, their data practices apply — we are not responsible for their handling.

What if I need to cancel or something changes?

Our coordination fees are mostly non-refundable once work begins (processing, scheduling, translations). Partial refunds possible only in early stages or if we make a material administrative error. Medical/retreat fees follow the provider's own policy. No refunds for clinical dissatisfaction, force majeure (pandemic, border closure, visa issues), or travel disruptions.

Why Mongolia law and arbitration in Ulaanbaatar?

Greensnake Mon-Thai LLC is Mongolian-registered. All contracts (including with you) are governed by Mongolian law and disputes go to binding arbitration at the Mongolian International Arbitration Center (MIAC) — faster, more private, and predictable than courts in multiple countries.

Do you provide medical insurance or cover complications?

No. You must arrange your own international travel & medical insurance that covers overseas treatment and possible complications. We do not underwrite or guarantee anything.

What kind of due diligence do you actually perform on providers?

Basic administrative verification at onboarding only: current licenses, insurance proof, public regulatory status, open-source reputational scan. This is not a clinical audit, ongoing monitoring, or quality certification. We do not guarantee current status or future performance.

Can I talk directly to the doctor or hospital before deciding?

Yes — we strongly encourage it. We can help arrange calls or document transmission (with your consent), but any medical discussion happens directly between you and the provider.

Is this legal and compliant in Mongolia and Thailand?

We operate strictly within our registered scope as a non-clinical intermediary under Mongolian law. All partners must hold their own licenses. We maintain anti-kickback, AML, conflict-of-interest, and zero-tolerance corruption policies. We do not facilitate anything illegal in Mongolia, Thailand, or your home country.

Why should a busy/high-profile person like me use Greensnake instead of going direct?

Time compression + logistics removed. We handle scheduling conflicts across time zones, translation barriers, driver/interpreter coordination, and basic document flow so you (or your assistant) don't have to. You still make every final medical and financial decision directly with providers.

How do you vet hospitals and doctors?

We perform administrative verification of licensing, regulatory standing, and operational legitimacy before listing providers on the platform.

Do you receive financial incentives from hospitals?

Greensnake may receive standard coordination fees from partners, but provider selection remains entirely the client’s decision.

What happens if plans change?

Greensnake assists with rescheduling and logistical adjustments when possible, subject to the policies of the medical provider and travel conditions.

How fast can the process move?

Initial coordination and provider communication typically begin within days once the necessary information is received.
