These services may include:
• Administrative coordination between clients and licensed third-party providers
• Scheduling and appointment facilitation

• Travel-related logistics coordination
• General informational assistance regarding available providers Greensnake does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment.
All medical or wellness services are delivered exclusively by licensed independent providers operating under their own regulatory authority.
Pricing & Payment
Greensnake charges administrative coordination service fees for the work performed in facilitating communication and logistics between clients and third-party providers.
Medical treatment costs, retreat fees, hospital charges, and other service costs are billed directly by the independent provider and are not controlled by Greensnake.
Payments for Greensnake coordination services must be completed using the approved payment methods provided during the booking or service process.
Greensnake does not control provider pricing and does not guarantee treatment costs quoted by third-party providers.
Services Delivery
All service arrangements are subject to provider availability, travel requirements, and administrative processing timelines.
Greensnake will make reasonable efforts to coordinate schedules and assist with service arrangements; however, final scheduling decisions remain with the independent provider.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside Greensnake’s control, including provider availability, travel restrictions, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.
Return & Refund Policy
Coordination fees paid to Greensnake are administrative service fees and may become non-refundable once coordination work has been performed or a booking confirmation has been issued.
Refunds related to hospitals, clinics, or retreat programs are governed solely by the policies of the independent provider.
Greensnake does not control, guarantee, or process refunds for third-party services.
Refund requests related to Greensnake administrative services will be evaluated in accordance with the official Greensnake Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Greensnake is not liable for medical outcomes, provider negligence, or clinical decisions made by independent providers.
• Greensnake does not supervise or control medical professionals or retreat operators.
• Greensnake’s liability is limited strictly to errors directly related to its administrative coordination services.
In any case, Greensnake’s maximum liability shall not exceed the coordination fees paid directly to Greensnake.
Product, Service Use & Safety
Any medical procedures, wellness programs, or retreat activities coordinated through the Greensnake platform involve inherent risks. Users are responsible for:
• Consulting with qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions
• Verifying their own medical suitability for procedures or programs
• Complying with all applicable laws in their home country and the country where services are provided
Participation in any service arranged through the platform is voluntary and undertaken at the user’s own discretion.
